Cross Country Skiing

Located only one hour north of Pearson Airport in Toronto, Mansfield offers some of the finest cross country skiing in Southern Ontario.

Our machine groomed and track set trails wind their way through hundreds of acres of beautiful forest with many picturesque views of the Mulmur Hills.

Our trail network provides a choice of different trails graded from novice to intermediate. We prepare our trails with a Pistenbulley Powertiller groomer. This means, double tracks when sufficient snow exists. In the early parts of the season with a lower snow depth, we use a snowmobile with Tidd Tech track-setter.

Come warm yourself by one of the wood burning stoves and enjoy a hot drink and great food at reasonable prices in our cafeteria. (café opening soon!)

Ensuring a safe environment for all our guests and staff is our highest priority. With the health and safety of our pass holders, guests, staff, and volunteers as our top priority, we have established the highest possible standards for our MOC community. Find out more about our COVID-19 guidelines below.

Beginning September 22, everyone at MOC will need to demonstrate proof of full vaccination. Anyone 12 years of age and older will need to show this proof (i.e. 2 doses of vaccine + 2 weeks) using a paper or QR copy of their vaccination receipt, along with valid ID.

Any individual who requires an accommodation with respect to vaccination status for medical reasons, will be required to provide supporting documentation from their physician. Please contact Human Resources to discuss this matter privately.

MOC will not retain the personal vaccination information of any guest or staff for privacy reasons.

Individuals are not considered fully vaccinated until 14 days after their second and/or final dose of a vaccine protocol. Questions regarding your vaccine status should be directed to your individual local public health office.

We ask that you do not visit the Mansfield Outdoor Centre if you feel unwell, or if anyone in your household or work environment is ill.  These precautions will help minimize the transmission of COVID within the property, while maximizing the ability for visitors to take full advantage of our GREAT outdoors spaces.

Parking will be at the Main Lodge or Barn parking lot.   Your car will be your “home base” for your bags, food and any other non-essentials. These items must remain in your car for the duration of your visit as there is limited storage space in the Main Lodge.

Masks are required at all times whilst in the Main Lodge.  As per regulations, social distancing and a minimum of 2 meters must be maintained between guests, or as we like to say…space for two coyotes between people.  Hand sanitizer is available (and recommended for use) at all entry points.  Touch points will be sanitized multiple times during the day using a certified disinfectant.

Washrooms will be open and cleaned frequently to ensure a sanitary condition.

The Main Lodge is open for changing and as a warm up area.
