Holding your wedding at the Mansfield Outdoor Centre means you'll be holding a wedding in an exciting and beautiful outdoor environment with forests and rolling hills surrounding you. We have two entirely separate facilities both offering unique features. Accommodations are available on site and space is plentiful. From the initial inquiry to the final congratulations, we can offer all you need to plan the perfect wedding.

Up to 80 guests can be accommodated in the spacious yet intimate dining room of our Field Centre. See Facility Rentals for more details and pictures.

Have more people? Opt for our Main Lodge where you can sit 120 in our large L-shaped dining room. Use an adjoining room for the after meal festivities and avoid having to move around tables.

Planning a very large wedding? Ask about dates available and rent BOTH buildings. They are situated less than half a kilometre apart.

Looking for an outdoor venue? Our grounds provide 300 acres of rolling hills, mixed forest, open meadow, and riverside land from which to choose. With rental of a large tent from nearby services, your outdoor wedding can be the wonderful day you want.

Your ceremony can take place amid the breathtaking scenery on site at Mansfield Outdoor Centre or you can use a church of your choice and visit us for your reception.

To capture the beauty of your day, there are a number of talented local photographers. If you would rather take your own photos, your options are beautiful and numerous. Choose from atop the escarpment or beautiful riverside portraits. Gorgeous fall colours, tranquility of winter with blankets of snow, the burst of spring green, or the summer sun…whichever season you want, we can provide amazing landscapes. If you would prefer indoor photographs, we have beautiful wood stoves and stone wall backdrops available.

For traveling guests we can help arrange their stay at one of the local bed and breakfasts or one of a number of hotels close to us. Or better yet, make your wedding a weekend event for your guests. Arrive Friday night and have complete rental of the area until Sunday afternoon. Our Field Centre can accommodate 48 people in dorm style rooms with bunk beds. Our Main Lodge can accommodate up to 109 in small A-frame cabins sleeping five or six to a cabin. Camping is also an option in our large group camping area. You need not worry about guests having to drive away from the event when we can offer you sleeping options AT the event!
