Events
The camp-like feeling at the main lodge and cabins area is great for very large groups who need lots of open space. This area may also be shared by very small groups not able to qualify individually for a ‘group rate'. All benefit from the low cost while still enjoying the privacy of separate sleeping cabins and activity areas. Winter weekend cabin rentals are also available.

Rental Information
There are two options available to every interested group when renting the Main Lodge and Cabin Area:
Option 1: WEEKEND GROUP RATE
$87.25 per person + (5% GST + 5% PST)
Includes two nights accommodation and all meals from Friday snack to Sunday lunch
Option 2: RENT FACILITY FOR THE WEEKEND (SELF-CATERED)
$1200 flat rate plus $19.00 per person (+5% GST)

The modern Field Centre building is perfect for mid-size groups who appreciate nature but do not necessarily want a ‘camping' experience. The main room with its huge windows, cathedral ceiling and fireplace is very inviting.
The Pine River meanders close to this rustic camping area. A fire pit, picnic tables and outhouses are supplied leaving substantial room for tents to be set up with a beautiful view of mixed forest and meadow. Water can easily be transported from the nearby main lodge.
Fee Information
$14.00/person/weekend (minimum group size 15) plus 5% GST
At Mansfield Outdoor Centre, all of our meals are home baked – prepared fresh by our own cooks. Great food is a priority here! Our clients continue to tell us they love the food, “I have to admit the food is better than my parents' food!” With 90% of our business being repeat, that says something about the quality of our food. Our meals are nutritious, delicious and plentiful.
With advance notification, we can accommodate for special dietary restrictions i.e. allergies, vegetarianism, etc.

Do you want to do your own programming with your group but need a place in which to do it? Rental of our Front Field Classroom is now possible for day groups. For a minimal charge of $10.00 per person (minimum 15 people), you will have access to parking, hydro, *washrooms, tables, blackboard, and a huge open field area in which to run your own programs. Bring your class for a day or host a workshop out of the Front Field Classroom.
*Running water for washrooms is not available in the winter.
To discuss booking a weekend, please contact us by email or phone. For those weekend groups who have already confirmed a booking with us, you can download this group reservation form, complete it, and return it to us in the mail along with your 20% deposit cheque. To ensure your reservation, please be sure the non- refundable deposit reaches us within two weeks of confirming your booking. Remember that we are a nut free site.
